Myth Nominated for Best Film

Nominations for the 25th Hong Kong Film Awards were announced yesterday by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association. The awards will be presented on April 8th.

The Myth received nominations in the following categories:

• Best Film
• Best Original Film Song:  "Endless Love" Composer: Choi Jun-Young; Lyrics: Choi Jun-Young, Wang Zhong-Yan; Sung by: Jackie Chan and Kim Hee-Seon
• Best Visual Effects: Wendy Choi and David Tso
• Best Action Choreography:  Jackie Chan, Stanley Tong Kwai-Lai and Richard Hung

Other Jackie Chan Emperor productions receiving nominations are as follows:

• Best Actor:  Tony Leung Ka Fai in Everlasting Regret
• Best Actress:  Sammi Cheng in Everlasting Regret
• Best Actress:  Sylvia Chang in Rice Rhapsody
• Best Supporting Actor:  Hu Jun in Everlasting Regret
• Best Supporting Actress:  Su Yan in Everlasting Regret
• Best Art Direction:  William Chang Suk Ping - Everlasting Regret
• Best Costume Makeup Design:  William Chang Suk Ping - Everlasting Regret
• Best New Director:  Kenneth Bi for Rice Rhapsody
• Best New Director:  Stephen Fung for House of Fury
