Jackie in Shanghai

Heralded as a fine example of a good Chinese man, Jackie had the honor of leading a dragon dance at the Huang Pu River on Sunday, April 16, 2006 during a celebration which brought participants from Mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.  This dragon dance is one of the longest in the world and runs for 468 meters (nearly 3/10 of a mile).

Dressed in traditional Chinese attire, Jackie sang "A Man Must Be of Self-Help" to an adoring crowd.  According to one report, the cheers of the people were "loud enough to move mountains."
