Tiananmen Square and Rob-B-Hood Premiere in Shanghai
Jackie was at Tiananmen Square on September 21st to meet 15 student representatives from the charitable program called Angel Wings. This program provides help for 100 poor students, allowing them to continue their educations. While he was there he also viewed the flag raising from a viewing stand a short distance from the square. Jackie said that it was only the second time he'd viewed the flag raising, the first time being during the Handover ceremony. He expressed his pride in the Chinese military for performing this ceremony daily and said that even at a distance, it was quite memorable. Jackie said that the night before the ceremony, he attended 4 or 5 meetings and was so busy that he was afraid he wouldn't get up in time to prepare himself for the ceremony. He rose at 4:00 A.M to make sure he was ready.
In the evening Jackie attended the premiere of Rob-B-Hood in Shanghai. Rob-B-Hood opens across Asia on September 29th.
