Jackie Donates Zodiac Heads and Fulfills a Dream
On October 30, Jackie donated replicas of the 12 Zodiac Heads to replace those that were lost from the Yuanmingyuan (Summer Palace) in Haidian District of Beijing. The statues will be on permanent display at Yuanmingyuan. Jackie expressed his happiness at finally having the zodiac heads returned to the garden, which has been his dream since he first heard the story of the missing statues.
The Seven Little Fortunes were on hand to present the statues.
Jackie's latest movie, Chinese Zodiac (CZ12, which premieres 12/12/12) tells the story of a man searching the world for the missing statues.
