Jackie Joins Forces with LA Sheriff's Deptartment

Jackie, who is in California filming Rush Hour 3, has joined up with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to film a public service advertisement intended to encourage more Asians and other minorities to join the force. Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, Native Americans, and other minorities are underrepresented on the LA police force. Jackie, appearing at a press conference in Los Angeles, told reporters that he was honored to be an ambassador for the LA sheriff's department.

The public service announcement will be shown at recruitment fairs and other events.
