It is no surprise to Jackie's fans that he is popular all over the world. He's been in the film business for nearly his entire life and has been an international superstar for a good part of that time. Here at JackieChan.com we hear from fans from every continent on Earth (except Antarctica!) but we still smile when we see evidence of Jackie's popularity coming from places far and wide.

Europe

Recently we heard from Dagmar, a fan in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, which is located in Central Europe. She sent us the magazine from her weekend newspaper and told us that when people saw Jackie's face on the front page, the paper sold out all over the city in less than two hours!

Japan

Right on the heels of that, Jackie received a Special Award from a Japanese magazine called DVD Data. They gave this award to Jackie because he's been voted Best Actor for twenty years in a row by the magazine! Jackie has been awarded this honor for so long that he's actually seen the name of the publication change from "Video Data" to "DVD Data" as technology has advanced. Congratulations to Jackie! Here's his Special Award:

China

Recently when Jackie was in China, a fan presented him with a six-foot long "Hundred Jackies Banner." Jackie just loved it and wanted to show you what it looks like:

There are 100 different Jackie faces on the banner. If you count them and only find 98, it's because you didn't count the Jackies that are reflected in the sunglasses!

These are just a few fun things that Jackie wanted to share with you, and as always he wanted to add this message to his fans:
