Hello Jackie,

My name is Lydia and I'm from Tarragona, Spain - a beautiful city near Barcelona. Several months ago I wrote you a letter telling you what a good man and great actor you are. In that letter I wanted to share with you a very important thing in my life: my husband and I decided to adopt a baby. And now permit me to tell you that you made us fall in love with the wonderful country of China - its culture and way of life. Thanks to you, our interest and love for China grew and we decided that we wanted to adopt a baby from China! And now we are the parents of a beautiful lady named Donia Chun Lei. She was born in Suixi County, Zhanjiang, Guandong Province. She is 18 months old now and the most important thing in our lives!

We spent 16 days in China in September and the experience was wonderful. We found our Princess! We also got the opportunity to know the wonderful people of China. We stayed one week in Guanzhou and another in Beijing - what happy days! Many days, many months, many doubts, many tears but we made it!

Last year, I lost my mother. She died last September after a long and serious illness. When I saw you in the photos crying for your mother, I cried too because my heart was also broken. I cry for her every day and I completely understand your feelings during these difficult moments. And now, one year later, I know that my mother is far away but is in my heart too. She couldn't know my daughter, but I am sure that she is near me and gives me strength every day.

I know that you are a busy man, but I know also that you are a man with one big big heart!!! I decided to share our little history with you because our wishes came true! In the future we want to come back to China. It is the second home of our daughter and we want her to know and love it the way we we do!

Good luck in everything you do. I want you to know that here in Spain there are many people who love you very much. Now a red thread joins us with China forever!! Thank you again, Jackie.
